LES has a team of professional trainers who can conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), design, develop, deliver and review training that meets the specific needs of customers. We can also develop and present training to Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) standards. Logistic Engineering Services Training (LEST - A subdivision of LES) can provide training on a range of courses. Some of our courses include:
- Project Management training, with a strong focus on the PRINCE2 methodology.
- Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Training for practitioners and managers covering all facets of the elements of ILS.
- Specialist Project Management Application training, such as MS Project and Mindjet MindManager.
- Reliability Centred Maintenance training designed around customers’ products.
- Operator and Maintainer training packages for complex static and mobile equipment. We can also provide Train-the-Trainer training that is directly tailored for your business requirements.
